Trade Financing Loan

Loan Product.

The Trade Financing Loan is designed to support suppliers, contractors, and businesses that have secured purchase orders or supply contracts but require capital to execute them.
OUR PHILOSOPHY

Loan Financing Approach

Trade is a powerful driver of economic activity and enterprise growth. However, many businesses face liquidity challenges when executing supply contracts, particularly when payment is received only after goods or services have been delivered.

Applicants might be required to submit a valid Local Purchase Order (LPO) or contract agreement from the issuing organization. This document confirms the value of the transaction and forms the basis for the financing facility.

Applicants are required to provide standard verification documents, including:

  • National ID

  • Proof of residence

  • Utility bill

These documents are required for client identification and compliance purposes.

Where applicable, the applicant must provide supporting business documentation, which may include:

  • Business registration documents

  • Financial statements

  • Six months bank statements

  • Assignment of proceeds agreement

These documents help ensure that financing is provided responsibly and that the business has the operational capacity to execute the contract.

Preparing For Your Future

Actualize Your Business Plans

Many enterprises lose valuable opportunities because they lack the immediate funds required to procure goods, fulfill supply orders, or deliver services under contract.

Wasabi Capital bridges this gap by providing structured financing against confirmed purchase orders or contractual agreements. This enables businesses to execute orders efficiently, maintain strong supplier relationships, and expand their commercial capacity.

Trade Financing Loans range from MK 1,000,000 to MK 25,000,000, with a maximum tenure of up to 12 months, and clients may repay the loan earlier without incurring penalties.
